小林 七海（こばやし ななみ）
東京出身。2015年東京工業大学大学院修了。
大学では農業廃棄物(稲わら)、大学院では余剰汚泥を基質としたバイオガス生産における前処理工程の低コスト化、効率化について研究。

また課外活動として、シンガポールのサイエンスフェスタでの実験教室運営補助のインターンシップや中国・清華大学で行われた再生可能エネルギー活用ワークショップに参加。
卒業後、開発エンジニア一期生としてパソナキャリアに入社。主にディレクター(PL)としてWebサービスの内製開発やベンダーコントロールに携わる他、開発チームとして立ち上がるためにチーム運営や体制整備、業務標準化に取り組む。その後NTTデータ経営研究所にて、官公庁事業の事務局運営(PMO)や大手企業の基幹システム刷新プロジェクトの運用支援他、EDIの業界動向調査に従事。チームスピリットでコーポレートIT部門の立ち上げおよび統括、会社拡大に向けた社内ITの整備(IT企画、ツール導入/統合等)等を経て独立。
現在は、日本・マレーシアを拠点に大手企業のDX、開発支援等や営業支援等をする傍ら、環境問題に関連するコンサルティング事業(業界調査等)を拡大中。

As a worker, engaged with DX product development support and at TeamSpirit corporate IT team launch, management, strategy planning, system settings, employee support.
Before it, engaged with small HR application development as an engineer at Pasona career and a consultant at NTT DATA Institute of Management Consulting Inc.
As a freelance(based in Japan and Malaysia), supporting DX project at big enterprise and sales. At the same time, expanding consulting domain (eg. industry research) related to environmental issues.
